Via Crucis Magno

La Orotava will transform into a grand open-air temple and museum of sacred art with the celebration of the Vía Crucis Magno, an extraordinary event that will bring together eight of the most representative images of the town’s Holy Week. Organized by the penitential brotherhoods and confraternities of the municipality as part of the Holy Year of Hope, this gathering aims to highlight the significance of faith and cultural heritage. The ceremony will take place at the Church of San Agustín and can be followed both inside the temple and from the exterior through screens.
