Too young to be a widow - Soliloquies

Susana Hornos, the protagonist of this monologue, married her 66-year-old husband when she was 26: a 40-year age difference that nonetheless resulted in 20 years of love. Through her conversation with the audience, Susana brings to the forefront painful aspects of life such as death, mourning, and prejudice. Directed by Paulina Gálvez and Jo Kelly, this monologue invites reflection on the need to live with passion despite everything and everyone.
