The voices

The Auditorio de Tenerife presents in La Salita the final residency showcase of Las voces, a creative process by Carlota Mantecón developed in this space. Las voces explores the relationship between vibration and movement, where the voice, as a source of vibration, becomes the driving force of bodily expression. Inspired by Walter Benjamin's concept of innervation, Mantecón delves into the tactile dimension as a means of knowledge, creating a unique experience in which the body connects with the texture, weight, and spatial and temporal perception of its surroundings.
