The Artichoke Tapas Route

The Artichoke Tapas Route returns to El Rosario as a well-established culinary event during Holy Week. In its fifth edition, five local establishments will offer original tapas featuring artichokes from La Esperanza as the main ingredient. The route aims to boost the local hospitality sector. In addition, participants can take part in raffles and vote for their favorite tapas using the traditional “rutómetros,” with the chance to win cash prizes, dinners, and gifts provided by local businesses.
