Spring Run Internacional

The International Spring Run 2024 comes to Tenerife (Playa de Las Americas) and offers options for runners of all ages and levels. Adults can take part in 5 km and 10 km races, whilst youngsters aged 3 to 15 can run distances depending on their abilities: 100 metres for ages 3 to 4; 200 metres for ages 5 to 6; 500 metres for ages 7 to 8; 800 metres for ages 9 to 10; 1000 metres for ages 11 to 12; and 1500 metres for ages 13 to 15. The circuit is also approved by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. Get ready for an exciting family sports day!
