Saborea San Miguel de Abona

The XIII Saborea San Miguel de Abona is a prominent gastronomic event, centered around the XIII Tapa Route, accompanied by various activities in the participating restaurants. This year, in addition to the delicious tapas and wines, there will be traditional cooking workshops, gastronomic talks, wine tastings with food pairings, and interactive spaces such as the "Tapas and Wines" event. A booklet with information about the event will also be distributed at the 25 participating establishments, enhancing the gastronomic experience. The goal is to promote participation, local culinary culture, and the exchange of experiences between attendees and professionals.
