Románticos de Tonkünstler Ensemble Viena

The Auditorio de Tenerife, as part of its Chamber Cycle, presents Románticos, a program by the Tonkünstler Ensemble of Vienna. This sextet offers a journey through Romantic music, from opera to Tuscany, passing through Switzerland. The program features the string sextet from Strauss’s opera Capriccio, a reflection on the primacy of words or music in a love story. Also highlighted is the work of Joachim Raff, a secondary yet influential figure in Romanticism. The concert concludes with Tchaikovsky's last chamber music work, composed during his stay in Florence.
