Efecto Sound presents Estrellas de Buena Vista y +®, an exciting new musical project that arrives on the scene 25 years after the hits of Buena Vista.

The show brings together 11 talented musicians on stage and offers a repertoire that will evoke the golden decades of Cuban music, the 40s and 50s.

The performers include original members of Buena Vista, such as vocalist Carlos Calunga, percussionist Ángel Terry, saxophonist Javier Zalba and bassist Pedro Pablo Gutiérrez Valdés, under the musical direction of acclaimed tres player Pancho Amat.

This prestigious group is joined by the voice of Kiko Ruíz and Arahí, the trumpet of Manuel Machado, the piano of Luis Guerra and the percussion of Moisés Porro and Rosenio Perdomo.

This show, with original stars and outstanding artists of Cuban music, promises to transport spectators to the essence of Cuba through its melodies, with iconic lyrics such as: ‘De Alto Cedro voy para Marcané… Llego a Cueto, voy para Mayarí”.
