Deka Fit returns to the city with a sports event that combines innovation, health, fitness, and fun. DEKA FIT is a fitness competition organized into 10 functional exercise stations, interspersed with 500-meter running segments, totaling 5 kilometers. This event is designed to challenge participants to complete a series of physical and endurance tests, providing a comprehensive experience that merges functional training with running.
