The Adeje Summer University presents the conference "You Set Your Own Limits" with Alex Roca and Mari Carme Maza. Alex Roca Campillo, with a 76% physical disability due to cerebral palsy since the age of 6 months, has surpassed expectations with sports as his driving force. He has completed triathlons, including the TITAN DESERT, and recently made history by running the Barcelona Marathon in 5:50:51. His story highlights how limits are self-imposed and can be overcome with determination.
