Participants can choose from the Supersprint distance, which includes 400 meters of swimming, 11 kilometers of cycling, and 2.5 kilometers of running; the Olympic distance, featuring 1500 meters of swimming, 40 kilometers of cycling, and 10 kilometers of running (also available as a relay option); and the Half Ironman distance, which encompasses 1900 meters of swimming, 90 kilometers of cycling, and 20 kilometers of running.
