Jornadas de Patrimonio Musical Litúrgico

The First Conference on Liturgical Musical Heritage, organized by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, highlights the value of historical instruments in the churches of San Roque and San Bartolomé. With the recent restoration of the Alexandre et Fils harmonium and the Portell organ, this event, divided into five sessions, includes book presentations, audiovisuals, and lecture-concerts led by experts. Each session explores the history and musical significance of these unique instruments, culminating in a closing concert at the Ermita Santuario de Los Dolores, offering a distinctive cultural and heritage experience.
