La Palma Safe Bike

La Palma SAFE BIKE returns as an iconic cycling tour, organized by the Infrastructure Council of La Palma through the San Bernardo Road Safety Education Program. After a six-year hiatus, this event once again travels the island’s roads with an essential message: promoting safe coexistence between vehicles and cyclists. Beyond a tour, it is a day of awareness aimed at both cyclists and drivers, emphasizing the importance of shared road safety. Open to those over 14 years old, the event is non-competitive and focuses on the safe enjoyment of cycling, requiring a certified helmet and the event’s official jersey.
