Boreal Festival

The neighborhood of Imada in Alajeró will host an extension of the Boreal International Festival, a pioneering eco-cultural event in the Canary Islands. This festival, which began 16 years ago in Los Silos, Tenerife, has expanded to other localities across the archipelago, promoting values such as integration, nature, and diversity. In the Plaza de Santa Ana, there will be workshops on basket weaving, stone carving, and African percussion, along with an eco-fair featuring local artisans. The event will feature a performance by Cameroonian singer Lornoar, accompanied by the Gomero singer-songwriter Juan Mesa.
