Temporary Exhibition: "Fumi aurum templum"

The Centro de Arte La Regenta presents "Fumi aurum templum", an exhibition by visual artist and curator Cristina Déniz Sosa that explores the relationship between humans and nature. Through an installation composed of burnt logs from the 2019 Valleseco wildfire, intervened with paint and gold leaf, the artwork transforms destruction into a ritualistic and symbolic act. The exhibition addresses themes such as the overexploitation of natural resources and the growing disconnection from the environment, inviting a deep reflection on collective responsibility in preserving our surroundings.
