Mitos is a scenic proposal that not only aims to pay tribute to the diva who reached mythical status in her short career, but also delves into the unseen side of the legend to reveal a woman who failed as a mother and wife. Maria Callas, in her Paris flat, hours before her death, recalls her successes and failures, love and betrayal, discovering that the tragedy of Medea has pursued her relentlessly, slowly, but inexorably overtook her like a divine being risen from the underworld.
