MASDANZA has established itself as Spain's international platform for new contemporary dance creation. It is the only international dance festival in Spain, and one of only a few in Europe, to have two official competition sections: the Choreography Competition and the Solo Competition.
From its beginnings as a local festival to now being firmly established internationally, it has grown in quality, prestige and recognition, both in terms of spectators as well as professionals and expert critics.
