One of the best known and most spectacular dives
La Caleta is one of the most renowned dives in El Hierro. Easily accessible, its landscape is sure to please both beginners and the most demanding divers.
Variety and abundance of species
The dive takes place on the left side of the reef, which, despite being close to the surface, drops to a depth of about 45 metres. Here you can see large shoals of jack mackerel, amberjacks, black seabream and barracudas. You can also find some small caves to explore and an arch with an abundance of black coral.
